Charming villa, completely restored in 2017.

Situated in a quiet residential area on a big plot of more than 6000 m2 with native trees and shrubs (alfarroba, mimosa, palm trees, olive trees, white oleander .... ).

Stunning panoramic sea views on the whole coastline from Vilamoura to Faro.

In the heart of the Algarve, close to the city of Loulé, golden beaches, famous golf courts ....

A choice of good bars and excellent restaurants at short driving distance.

On top of the hill (walking distance) foreigners come and have a beer, taste a medronho (strong Portuguese brandy), socialise with locals in the well known local bar. Also there is a popular snack bar down the road.

The house has been decorated in a tasteful, modern, minimalist way with a colourful Portuguese twist. The interior looks really light, fresh and spacious.

In the living room you can relax in large, real leather sofas watching the program of your choice on a huge flat screen TV. Also some videos at your disposal.

Guests will enjoy cooking in the well equipped, modern kitchen with quality appliances (Bosch, AEG, Samsung ....). Everything bought new 2017.

From the cosy kitchen with the long dining table in rough teakwood french doors give direct access to the barbecue corner on the terrace. Lovely place to start the day with a long, sumptuous breakfast. Or spend some happy hours around the moroccan table in the evening, enjoying a good glass of Portuguese wine and delicacies grilled on the barbecue. There is a sink next to the built-in barbecue and a socket to connect the coffee machine ....

All four bedrooms are spacious and have access to a terrace.

Comfortable beds with lots of soft cushions and luxurious 100 % cotton or linen bedding.

Free airconditioning / heating in the whole house. Temperatures can rise high during summer. Then airco is a must. Solar energy also heats up the house in winter. The cute red woodburner in the living room provides for extra warmth and cosiness on colder winter evenings. Autumn, winter and spring ..... fantastic seasons in the Algarve.

During the warm summer months the 14 m long infinity pool, offering amazing views, will fully refresh you.

The house is surrounded by terraces, all spacious.

Guests have unlimited internet access.

Cot and baby chair available. Extra beds also available upon request. They can easily be installed in any of the 4 bedrooms.

    Thanks for nice comments. The villa is actually quite easy to find if you give the GPS details to the Cab services. GPS details were on the info sheet sent. But i should have stressed that, i guess. Sorry about that.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Chantal (the owner) a message.

    If Chantal (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
