Located in the heart of the picturesque Lourmarin, in one of the oldest village's building, lies the light filled La Toupine Apartment. The old building is nestled in a tiny street just off the main but almost as tiny street going through the village. Everything is directly at your footsteps; restaurant, coffees, bars, shopping, market.. The tiny street Rue du Grand Pré, will lead you through the ancient arched wooden door of the building that was once used as a basketwork fabric. There, step into an inviting courtyard leading to another arched wooden door that opens into a spacious staircase enveloped by classic vaulted limestone work. The light filled apartment is on the top floor, with every window giving access to a beautiful view of the villages' roofs.

La Toupine offers a beautiful living space comfortably accommodating up to four people. This includes two nicely sized bedrooms and an intimate bathroom. The apartment was very recently entirely remodeled, updated and freshly painted. All of the appliances available are new and updated.

One of the bedroom has a queen size bed, and the other has two twin beds or possibility to make a queen bed. Each of the bedroom has large windows opening to the beautiful village's views, and an ancient and traditional decorative fireplace. The two bedrooms are nicely sized and storage places will accommodate all of your belongings. All linens are included.

The bathroom has been renovated and offers an updated bath tub, sink, a large mirror, hair dryer, plenty of storage space. The towels and complimentary bathroom supplies are provided.

The cozy and inviting living/dinning room opens up to a light filled and fully equipped provençal style kitchen. This includes a dishwasher, oven, stoves, fridge, all cooking tools. It will provide you with every necessary elements to easily cook and entertain your family or friends.

There are closet and storage spaces through the entire apartment, as well as a washer and dryer at your disposition in the apartment. WiFi is available, cable television.

There is a nearby and large parking lot only 2 minutes away walking distance, with plenty of parking spaces which are free at all time. We advise to rent a car at your arriving destination, but in any situation, the central location of the apartment lets you freely walk to any bus stops or parking lots.

A hidden treasure

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alice (the owner) a message.

If Alice (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
