Our cottage is located in Ande seine edge of town 600m from the Moulin d'Ande. Our property is an old farmhouse with stables, a barn and a barn and the main house our home. We had a great pleasure to renovate all these dependencies. Today we offer in tourist homes. This cottage apartments stable for 4 people is 75 square meters (807 square feet) with private terrace, BBQ, fully equipped. You have access to the large garden behind the house with direct access to the waterside, wild ducks, swans, squirrels love to come to rest. Fishing is permitted there. canoeing -Visit in boat on the Seine. The living room has high speed Internet (WiFi), a TV, a DVD player and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 Additional people. There is a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, steamer, fridge and freezer, kettle, -Coffeemaker, toaster ...) and everything to cook and taste the local produce! Kit of groceries available. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer and étentes laundry. The shower room is bright with a large shower, the toilets are independent. house and bed linen towels are available free at your disposal. Facilities: children's highchair, cot, stroller, BB gate. 100 m grocery store open from 6: 30 pm, transportation Bus 100 m, golf Vaudreuil and de Lery Poses 6 km.serre Biotropica

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Duboc (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
