Taman Burung Lovina is situated in the North of Bali, aside the hustle and bustle of the tourist centers in Kuta and Denpasar. Experience the unadulterated and unique Balinese culture up close and personal.

When renting Taman Burung you enjoy the comfort of your own house with a caring staff and driver!

The sole usage of one villa and shared usage of the remaining property, garden, lounges, pool and hottub, incl. airport pick-up / drop-off, and a la carte breakfast prepared by our wonderful cook Ilu. If you wish, a 3 course dinner can be booked optionally upon your arrival. (Additional charges apply)

If you want more privacy, we are happy to make you a custom offer which includes the entire property for your sole useage, dinner arrangements and trips.

Our estate lies elevated on the shoulder of the mountain side overlooking the entire northern bay, in the midst of tropical rainforest and unspoiled local villages. A stunning view on both, the sunrise and sunset invite you to relax and unwind.

What makes this holiday experience so special and different is our courteous and welcoming staff. With their typical unmatched Balinese friendliness every single one of your needs in terms of culinary, activities and general wellbeing will be met to your entire satisfaction.

The 48.000 ft. (4500 sqm.) of tropical garden along with a great swimming pool (spring water, filtered with a UV light system from Germany – reducing usage of chlorine, thus making the water extremely soft), child swimming area, a whirlpool and several relaxation areas that are scattered throughout the garden invite you to leave behind the world you came from. Our chef and kitchen staff will create local and Western inspired culinary delights that will sweeten your taste buds. Everything is created according to the highest standards using only the finest ingredients and guaranteed gluten free, local products.

You will find our houses subtly imbedded and surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden. The one or two room villas are built in the traditional Balinese style. For those who want to experience the pure Balinese way of life we have one rice straw house on stilts made from coconut wood located on the lower part of our garden in reach of the pool area. It radiates a very authentic atmosphere and our guests have reported a once-in-a-lifetime sleeping experience due to the egg-shaped design. Despite the traditional flair, all aspects of Western comfort are met. All houses are provided with air conditioning and running hot / cold water. The bathrooms correspond to Western, upscale standards (half-open). In addition, the lounge and dining area are equipped with Wi-Fi Internet.

The transportation from and to the airport are included in the price. Your group and yourself are received by our English-speaking driver, Made Arbawa at the airport in Denpasar (DPS). You do not have to worry about the organization of trips or the hectic changing of currencies, as Made will trustfully assist you with all the aspects which normally make a trip stressful. Even larger groups (up to 12 people) can be transported easily in the two air-conditioned minibuses.

Our English-speaking tour guide and driver, Made Arbawa will take you to any beautiful spot you can think of in the air-conditioned minibus. We offer a wide variety of trips, bookable on-side.

You are provided with a selection of hand-picked activities including eco-treks, temple tours or waterfall walks. Our local guides are very motivated and know all the secret spots which will enable you to experience the Balinese culture unadulterated by mass tourism. Each of your wishes regarding recreational activities can be discussed directly with Made Arbawa and can be arranged according to your needs (additional costs may apply)

In the lower garden you will find a spacious terrace, with an approx. 56 sqm large swimming pool. Attached is a toddler pool, which makes it an ideal place for families with children.

The attached pool bar and various resting areas with umbrellas and comfortable beach beds invite you to relax, leaving not one wish open. In addition, a covered massage area with two massage couches and lounge furniture offers the ideal place to enjoy a day exclusively for relaxation and regeneration. To complement this fulfilling experience you can relax in the newly created whirlpool, offering space for up to six people.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
