We have 3 apartments, 2 in Adriatic Sea-Riviera Opatia- Lovran: Patrician's House, and 1 in Zagreb: Historical Home.

Fully furnished apartments, provide personalized services to meet your needs.

Our foremost mission is to make our guests feel welcome and at home in the apartment they have selected. From arrival to departure we will do our best to make your stay in the Patrician's Home as comfortable and as memorable as it should be.

All of our selected properties are located in the real heart of the city. Each apartment has his own identity and has been individually decorated in a warm, inviting style. Our goal is to provide comfort ,security, and privacy.

It is also a chance for you to begin to know us and ask questions to ensure that your trip begins as you would wish with all of the services and assistance you will need to enjoy your stay.

TOP LOCATION

Lovran is a romantic coastal medieval city to the northern Adriatic Sea. It is an idyllic place with charm. Travelers will lowe wisiting the historic Saint George 's Square, viewing the magnificent villas , and traying out the many hiking trails at the nearby Ucka nature Park.

The Patrician's House dates back to the 17 th ,was built around 1632 and restoration at the later stage. It is situated in the historical heart of City .The stone house are still surrounded by old city walls. Narrov streets were automobiles cannot pass, secret passages with extraordinary stories, ston vaults providing relax and peace a 5 minute walk to the Sea. Old Baroque portal with original vaults, providing a charming and pleasant stay. During reconstruction we found interesting closed space with rarities- tat belong to pas time. One day will be exposet.

This villa in which apartment is located was particulier townhouse, which used to be home of noble families. This historical aspect, with all the modern amenities of today, will asure you of wonderful vacation. This lovely stone-buil Parrician's House , escudes class and elegance, can accommodate up to 5 guests. There is a courtyard were guests can relax and socialize .The apartment also has an indoor comun fireplace four guests' to stay warm during chilly evening ,or you chouse stay relax until late in the light of candels.

In order to accomplisch our mission the services are including: Personalized welcome meeting (English, Frenc, Italien) assistance during your stay, emergency line, hig Speed free internet with unlimited connetion ,small and fully equipped kitchen, high quality cotton bed, TV including international channels.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pjerina (the owner) a message.

    If Pjerina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
