Why not stay at Moray Garden view beach side apartment? A self-catering apartment for 7 people (including travel cot) on England's most easterly coast within seconds from the blue flag beach. Within close proximity to all of Pakefield, Lowestoft, Kessingland and a Oulton Broads attractions. Great walks on the Suffolk coast, close to the broads and also driving distance to many beautiful churches and other East Anglian locations such as Norwich.

This property has one bedroom with a double bed, plus a comfortable double sofa bed and a third 'pull-out' single bed if you need an extra bed.

What's great about this apartment is you have your own private entrances front and back of the apartment a larger kitchen than the other apartments and more space. It's also great for restricted mobility persons although not wheelchair accessible. You also have your own front and back private outside spaces with benches and garden furniture.

Better than a hotel as you get a whole self contained apartment!

We have three additional apartments in the same building which can be booked together and therefore combined can sleep up to 5-19 (including travel cots) just ask for details.

Please note, last minute bookings are available and are dependent on us setting up the apartment in time and checking if we can accommodate any special requirements such as late arrival. To avoid disappointment always book as far in advance as possible.

Bookings based on a 2pm arrival / check-in and a 10am departure / checkout - we can usual accommodate different times with our meet and greet person then able to show you around, but if you need to arrive late or a time which our meet and greet person can't make then we offer a key safe facility.

We lower our prices during gap periods to allow guests to get a great deal when this is available, but please be aware there may be a min. number of days required - just ask and we can give you an accurate price.

There is a £65 cleaning fee per visit which is added to the rental. If you are booking through Tripadvisor there is a fee of £50.

We charge £35 extra for well-behaved pets, or one fee per pet per stay and max total of 2 pets, please note we hold the security deposit for an extra 2 weeks if you have a pet staying.

Subject to availability we can offer a late check out for £35 until no later than 1530 and sometimes early check in again for £35 this helps you extend your stay and get the most out of your time away for minimal cost.

We also have a baby cot and high chair hire at £45 per stay.

A washing and drying machine is available in the apartment at £10 per day or £50 per week - this charge is in place to cover our costs.

We charge £35 extra for well-behaved pets, one fee per pet per stay and max total of 2 pets, please note we hold the security deposit for an extra 2 weeks if you have a pet staying.

Please note the damage/security deposit (usually preauthorised on a card so no monies are taken) goes from £200 and further increased for longer stays of over two weeks. As per our terms you are not limited to this if the costs of damage or other costs are greater as per our terms. We cancel this preauthorisation or return the deposit after we have successfully reinspected the apartment as per our terms. For full list of detail on this please read our terms fully.

Prices may vary (subject to owners’ discretion) on season and event times throughout the year, discounts, promotions, booking site and supplements can apply as laid out in our listing and descriptions - if in doubt please ask.

Should you wish to change the date(s) of your holiday or any other element, we will adjust the payment necessary for the particular tariff for that period, should the tariff be higher or lower, then any additional credit/debit card/bank transfer charges or reimbursements will be made as well as a £35 admin charge added to your booking. If you wish to see the full booking terms if you are booking direct, please request these before payment is made.

We do have a minimum of 2 night stays based on the pricing, but if you want a single night stay we simply add £50 to cover our costs.

Parking spots are available at the rear of our property covered by CCTV, one per apartment if flagged during the booking process and as long as guests adhere to our parking permit terms and conditions. You also have the option of parking at the front, this is public parking but still free, but is subject to availability.

We also have other beachside apartments, 3 more in this building and one in Hastings, just ask for details.

We recommend all guests take out adequate travel insurance which includes covid19 cover and recommend StaySure.

Lovely seaside apartment. Plenty of space in the apartment and quiet. Parking is available close by and so is the beach.. I would recommend as a place to stay while away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Moray (the owner) a message.

If Moray (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
