Moulindemaulne is available as a whole property rental with a heated swimming pool in one location, allowing up to 25 people to stay in comfort in the heart of the Loire Valley.

It is a 30 acre property with a private drive and parking for up to 20 cars. It is surrounded by its own trout river and beautiful, uninterrupted views in all directions.

Moulin de Maulne is the perfect place to reunite your family and friends for a holiday together, a special event or a celebration.

The property comprises of a spacious dinning room comfortably sitting 25 people that has a bar area as well, there is an airy lounge and big farmhouse kitchen, 11 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. There are also two studio houses each with double ensuite bedrooms and a living area with kitchen.

There are 4 individual patios and a walled terrasse that comfortably sits 25 people.

In the landscape garden there is a barbecue area with a table sitting 25 and a play area with a table tennis and badminton.

Impressive swimming pool area has a surrounding stone terrace of a 100 m2 and ornamental grasses. It is fenced and securely gated. The swimming pool is open from end of April until mid October, it is heated with a heat pump at 28C in the summer period.

The gardens and surrounding environment of the river Maulne, that used to supply the old mill, give you the experience of being in a tranquil relaxed environment but just a short drive to the best that the Loire Valley has to offer. Having the privilege of being situated in the heart of this beautiful rich countryside and with its great historic heritage Moulin de Maulne is the ideal group accommodation in the Loire Valley.

We collaborate with two local restaurants who provide a catering service, as well as we propose to our guests home prepared meals with organic ingredients from our own garden and local producers and a selection of regional AOC wines.

We are 30 mins drive from both the historic towns of Tours and Saumur and less than an hour from Angers and Le Mans, with its famous the 24 Hours Le Mans race.

Château of Le Lude, Langeais, Gizeux, Baugé, Abbey of La Clarté-Dieu, Château Golf of Sept Tours with its 18 hole golf course, are within less than a thirty minutes drive from us. There is a Zoo of La Fleche, as well as Doue-la-Fontaine for animal lovers.

We are surrounded by many picturesque towns and villages with restaurants, small shops, daily markets and vineyards. Our nearest town, Château La Vallière is only 3 km away and has a bakery, two butcher shops, a chemist, a supermarket with petrol station, as well as couple of restaurants. It also holds a local market on Monday morning.
