With Villa La Rondine, along the Franconia route, you will have chosen a location directly connected with one of the most fascinating and charming areas of Central Italy, that is the “Triple Corner” Bolsena Lake - Viterbo - Orvieto.

Particularly spring and autumn are the periods where this Region invites you for a “Soul”-vacation.

Very close to Lubriano there is the small village of Civita di Bagnoregio; its rock you can only reach by a pedestrian bridge…if there are still some secret places then this is definitely one of them!

In the case you need to recover from your daily stress with a purely relaxing holiday, then you will find a very quite atmosphere with no noise, no traffic, no people hurrying but only you, your family or friends and our enjoyable Villa La Rondine.

The morning you will decide either to wake up earlier, jog on the country roads or to sleep longer then swim a little in the pool and finally enjoy a freshly made cup of coffee under the shaded patio.

Family Alberelli will warmly welcome you to Villa La Rondine. Our goal is to make your stay such to meet as much as possible your expectations.

Independently of what you are looking for, there are some fundamentals we are putting all our best efforts to respect such as cleanliness, good and efficient maintenance of the Villa, etc.

The completely fenced property has a beautiful garden with barbecue, external parking lot and a garage with a laundry place. The garden is fully equipped with table and chairs for the meal outside, close to the private 5x10m pool.

It is furnished in modern style with elegant and comfortable pieces. At the ground floor (130 sqm) there are a large living room, fully equipped kitchen with stove and dishwasher, 3 double sleeping rooms, 2 baths with WC/bidet/shower.

At the 1st floor (mansard, 60 sqm) there is a living room, 1 double sleeping room, 1 bath with WC/Bidet/shower. In the basement (130 sqm) you find the garage, laundry place and others.

The Villa has not been built with special features for wheelchair users; however we have had several guests requiring special conditions and they could fully enjoy our Villa. If you need any kind of specific information we will do our best in answering precisely to your questions.

Every year we renew a bit the Villa to improve the level of comfort, transmitting a sense of freshness and cleanliness, to have updated furniture... to offer to you the Villa we would also like to rent.

The garden surrounding the pool and the whole Villa is always kept well maintained. A couple of times or three per week a complete and thorough pool maintenance will take place; but do not worry we will do it either early in the morning without disturbing you or by agreeing first with you the best timing.
