From the owner

Elegant and spacious independent apartment on the ground floor of a villa with pool in the countryside of Lucca. The villa is located in a quiet and safe area just 3 km from the ancient city walls that can be easily reached by public transport, the bus stop is about 100 meters away and the San Pietro a Vico railway station is about 400 meters away. Pisa international airport Galileo Galilei is about 25 km away and you will be only 20 km from the beaches of Versilia and 50 km from the splendid Ligurian Riviera of the east the famous Cinque Terre and the same number from Florence. If at the time of booking you make a request, we will put bicycles (2) at your disposal free of charge to make excursions in complete freedom. The apartment has two double bedrooms with the possibility of having two additional beds, two bathrooms, a spacious dining room, a perfectly equipped kitchen and a huge living room with fireplace and game room all furnished with taste and elegance. We will not serve you breakfast, but if you wish we will let you find everything you need to prepare it independently for your arrival. From June 15th to September 15th you can also enjoy the large garden of over 2000 square meters (all fenced) where you will find barbecues, tables for outdoor dining, umbrellas, table tennis, hammocks etc. and cool off in the swimming pool equipped with deckchairs and areas shadow. I live on the upper floor of the villa and I will try to help you with any need or advice to spend a peaceful holiday making you feel at home. Your animals are also welcome, they can only stay in the outdoor spaces, always taking care of them. Parking spaces are available in the garden. From the summer season 2020 I will offer a new service to my guests: the possibility of taking a tour at 5 TERRE with my boat, or going on excursions dedicated to boat fishing. On request, Italian language courses and cooking classes can be organized. Welcome to Roberto!
