The Villa has its own private garden and pool and is great for families or groups of friends holidaying together. Everyone can have their own privacy in the spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms but all can get together for meals in the huge kitchen & dining room or the pool-side dining area in the garden.The Villa, a typical C19th country residence, is part of a rural complex originally begun in medieval times and successively added onto over the centuries. It is happily situated in a triangle between Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Arezzo.The Chianti area itself is all around you .Explore its medieval towns and castles;Greve in Chianti, Gaiole, Radda, Castellina and many more. Enjoy the food and of course the wine. In our own cellars enjoy tasting the wine made from the grapes you see out of your windows!

Nb, The washing machine in the villa is for your exclusive use free of charge.

On request it is possible to have 2 extra beds in their own bedroom with bathroom.(Euro 200 per bed per week- to be paid on the spot)

Entering the Villa you find a sitting room/studio leading off to a living room, 3 double-bedrooms, and a twin-bedroom all with en suite bathrooms (with toilet and showers)

Upstairs from here: In the oak beamed loft, there is a double bedroom and a sitting room with the possibility of 2 extra beds on request with an extra. Both rooms have electronic skylights and both have adjacent bathrooms.

Downstairs, there is a big kitchen and going through a huge archway, a dining room with a fireplace. Next to the exit to the garden and pool area you will find the laundry room where there are another 2 showers and a wc. From here you also have access to the outside eating facilities and barbecue.

The guests of the Villa have their own private garden with barbecue and swimming pool (4 x 8), open from April to October.There is a covered dining area for dining al-fresco and you can have a relaxing time sipping cocktails at the poolside in the sun-loungers and chairs provided.
The property is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves great for rambling.
Wi-fi covers the entire property, guests can use it free of charge from their own rooms or even by the pool!!
Free Parking is also available.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
