Once you arrive at this comfortable and charming home you will not need to drive again. The "Kottage" is located conveniently in the village of Ludlow with short walks to restaurants, pubs, breakfast cafes and Beautiful OKEMO Mtn.

The location also affords a quiet and restful setting nestled next to a mountainside stream . In summer you have plenty of access to area lakes and hiking . If you visit in Ski Season the “Kottage” is half a block to Ski-Shuttle stop. Our thoroughly modern Kitchen was built for hearty breakfasts or entertaining with a long counter and window bench to enjoy a sip of wine paired with some tasty Vermont Cheddar cheese . The dining area can accommodate guests who dine in or a great place for board games . The living room is bright spacious and casually comfortable. Not to be left out is the charming closed in Porch to watch the sunset from.

The 2 largest bedrooms are on the main floor one king bedroom, and one queen bedroom. The 4 upper bedrooms -1 full bed, 1 queen , 2 twins ,1full and twin . Pillows and quilts are provided and sheets and pillowcases are supplied .All in all we hope all our visitors feel comfortable ,content and enjoy the Vermont ambiance our location has to offer.

When renting the Kottage you will receive a message from me for self check-in with coded access and there is an info book , with necessary info for the “nest “ thermostat, which can be controlled by your phone . The house is fully equipped including a washer dryer , you also have access to the 2 car garage to store equipment safely - ie Bikes , skis canoes. Kayaks.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Astrid (the owner) a message.

If Astrid (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
