Reached by a series stepped pedestrian pavements from its road level parking space above, the home is rooted within the heart of gorgeous Gandria. On the doorstep of the beautiful ‘Olive Trail’, with a host of delectable Italian restaurants and a scenic ferry service to hand, the authentic setting of this beautiful home allows you take in the tranquillity and beauty of the Lake at any time of year.

Fully-modernised throughout, the 3rd floor holiday apartment is fully-equipped for 21st century living. Benefitting too from a private portico terrace with romantic lake views, the carefree setting and stylish interior create an inviting and flawless ambience for holiday entertaining.

Gandria also offers close proximity to the golf and tennis facilities of both Lugano (12 minutes’ drive) and Menaggio (34 minutes’ drive), as well as a treasure trove of hiking routes (Monte Bre is just 16 minutes’ drive) and water sport activities (Porlezza is 14 minutes’ drive away).

Dear Delmar, Thank you very much for taking the time to write your review and we are so pleased you all had a super time in Magic Gandria. It is always great when there is sunny warm weather, but yes if it does get too hot, we are happy to provide our guests with electric fans upon request. When you stay in a mountain/lake region, there are of course mosquitos and insects, but this cannot be helped and not a fault of the property or us. I would just recommend to have insect repellent. We hope you have taken home some very happy memories of the area and we hope you will return in the future! :)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
