The interior is one of modern sophistication and serenity, with a strong neutral décor complementing the smart furnishings and 21st century home comforts. Guests will find free in-house WIFI, Smart TVs, a DVD player and cosy underfloor heating all at their finger-tips (and toes!).

A spacious Living space and chic dining area for 4 is accompanied by a sunny private balcony terrace, with awning. The stylish alfresco sitting area here provides an added ‘room’ to the spacious abode; providing an effortless flow for summertime relaxation and fun with family and friends.

An adjoining Kitchen with breakfast bar sets the scene for stress-free morning coffees and evening meals. All the must-have appliances are provided, including an induction hob, coffee machine, electric kettle, eye-level microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The chic dining area to the Living room can easily host dinner parties for up to 4.

The central city location also offers convenient access to the magnificent selection of high street and designer shops, the world restaurants, stylish bars, nightclubs, modern casinos and cultural visitor attractions.

The main ‘Lugano Centro’ bus terminal and train station are 11 minutes’ walk away from the apartment too, whilst Lugano Airport is reachable by taxi/hire car in just 16 minutes.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
