Conveniently placed for relaxed Lugano city breaks, this timeless, generous-size apartment enjoys far-reaching views which include the surrounding city scape, the beautiful mountainside and the tranquil lake.

The 14th floor apartment is easily reached by lift, and inside features a spacious Living room furnished with a TV, sofa, a dining area and balcony access, alongside a separate retro-fitted Kitchen equipped with a cooker hob, electric kettle, toaster and dishwasher. A generous couple-friendly Double bedroom is accompanied by a spacious 2nd bedroom, furnished with two Single beds.

A retro-fitted full shower room is also to hand, alongside a practical family-friendly bathroom with bath tub and shower tap.

The budget-friendly apartment also boasts a Double sofa bed in the Living room and a covered lake view balcony, with alfresco dining set.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
