Apartment Lumbardina A2 is located in the heart of the small, picturesque fishing village Lumbarda, on one of the best locations in place. It is located only few meters from the sea! A spacious apartment in the middle of the village, next to restaurants but still peaceful. A great sea view from the big terrace, a small beach just in front of the apartment, larger beaches in short walking distance. A playground for children just 150 m from the apartment.

Recently renovated with new furniture, Apartment A2 (4+1) is positioned on the first floor of a house on the seashore. Apartment A2 has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with washing machine), fully equipped kitchen(with dishwasher), dining room with dining table for 5 persons, living room with TV, AC and 2 sofa beds for extra people. The kitchen, dining room and living room are open plan, and are tastefully decorated, giving a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. This year built in new PVC joinery. From the spacious living area, the balcony opens up to a large 20m2 terrace with unbelievable views of the sea, an ideal place to rest and enjoy the magic of summer and its nights.

The apartment is located close to every shops needed (bakery, post, bank, bar, supermarket...). It has air conditioning, 2 big bedrooms and 2 separates bathrooms, but most of it: the terrace has a breathtaking view on the sea. It is located only few meters from the sea!

Apartment has separate entrance,linen and towels are provided.

Guests are welcomed to use wireless internet and parking space with no additional cost.

The apartment is an ideal location to use as a base for all kinds of activities like walking, cycling, fishing, diving, and sailing. Their location is also suitable for seniors, especially before and after peak holiday season when the sky and the sea are in perfect harmony and you have the beaches to yourself, walking, socializing and enjoying the view, while all service activities are at hand.

Why can't I call Ivo (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ivo (the owner) a message.

If Ivo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
