Nous vous proposons la location de deux studios (et en annexe de la grande salle des hôtes de 83 m2, soit 135 m2) pour 4 personnes, extensible à 5 pièces (170 m2) pour 6 personnes, dans une ancienne Scierie, située dans le massif Vosgien. Notre maison est située à Lubine, dans le département des Vosges, en bordure de l'Alsace, dans un vallon entre deux massifs forestiers du Parc naturel régional des Ballons des Vosges. La prairie qui l'entoure est bordée par une petite rivière de montagne privée.

Ainsi, vous pourrez disposer d'un minimum de 135 m² dans notre maison.

Nous fournissons ensuite une ou deux chambres de plus pour deux voyageurs supplémentaires.

Chaque studio et chaque chambre dispose d'une douche, d'un lavabo, d'un sèche-cheveux, d'un WC privé, et d'une TV 32.

Notre grande salle est une salle de détente, de convivialité et de loisirs (lecture, Internet, repas du noyau familial ou entre amis, etc..). En aucun cas, ce n'est une salle des fêtes. En conséquence LA MUSIQUE EST INTERDITE.

Nous ne louons jamais à plusieurs familles ou plusieurs entités en même temps.

Nous fournissons les draps, le linge de toilette et les essuie-vaisselle.

Le logement et les alentours immédiats comportent 3 bornes Wifi à haut débit (Deux lignes Internet à fibre optique et Wifi 5G).

Sur votre demande, mise à disposition gratuite d'un lit pour bébé, d'une chaise haute, d'un ventilateur sur pied, d'un aspirateur, d'un fer à repasser à semelle Téflon et à vapeur et d'une planche à repasser.

Un petit chien sera le bienvenu pour un supplément de 20€ par séjour, mais ne devra jamais rester seul dans les locaux.

Vous pourrez payer sur place toutes les prestations complémentaires que vous aurez choisies.

Du 15 mai au 15 septembre, nous pouvons également vous louer un studio pour 2 personnes pour la moitié du prix affiché sur ce site. Dans ce cas, NOUS CONSULTER AVANT LA RÉSERVATION SVP (pour l'envoi d'un devis sur ce site).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
