Mill Barn is a charming converted barn that offers guests self catering accommodation in the renowned South Devon village of Lustleigh. Perfect for couples looking to relax and embrace the beauty of the area. The holiday cottage provides comfortable accommodation. Upstairs is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen and cosy living area complete with wood burning stove. Downstairs is a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Guests will enjoy the private garden with stunning views across the river Wray, to Lustleigh. Just a short stroll to the village centre, with a friendly village shop, good pub, community orchard and 17C church. There is private off road parking, an enclosed garden, garden table and chairs and a BBQ for when the sun shines. Situated in a secluded spot within the grounds of Mill Cottage.

The immediate area around Mill Barn is stunning. Lustleigh has often featured in lists of the UK's prettiest villages. The houses are a chocolate box assortment of thatched roofs and granite walls. Lustleigh village is situated around its church and boasts a well stocked shop with post office, as well as a popular traditional pub 'The Cleave'. The East & West Wray and the river Bovey have carved deep wooded valleys studded with granite outcrops and tors providing a haven for wildlife. Lustleigh is situated 3 miles from market town of Bovey Tracey where you can find a butchers, bakers, greengrocers, pharmacy and lovely cafes and attractions.

Dartmoor is a National Park often described as the last wilderness in Southern Britain. The moor reaches heights of more than 2000ft (600m) and provides a perfect environment in which to relax walking, riding, mountain biking, climbing and canoeing. For those looking for a more restful time there are wonderful drives taking in the stunning views of the moors and tors.

Trips to the South Devon coast are easy with Teignmouth and Shaldon just 20 minutes drive away and the glorious sandy beaches of the South Hams up to 45 minutes drive away.

How do damage deposits work?
