From the owner

New Villa in West Bank, 30 steps from the Nile, in front of the Luxor temple and Winter Palace, consists of two independent apartments. There is nothing better in Luxor as the location: You can see the splendor and magic of the temple in the morning, with the light of dawn or in the evening, at sunset. Very quiet and safe place.

Villa Diletta consists in two self-catering apartments. This one ground floor (Pink), and one on the first floor (Blue).

This pink flat is on the ground floor of the villa and consists of kitchen, large living room with TV and sofa, 1 double bedroom and large bathroom with shower. Air conditioning, heating, internet and tv are present and functioning.

Villa Diletta is close to many small Egyptian village and our guardian will accompany you to visit the real Egypt, in complete safety. This bank of the river is still pristine and allows you to make beautiful walks on foot, on horseback or by bike.

Why can't I call Roberta (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Roberta (the owner) a message.

If Roberta (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
