From the attractive front entrance a stairs from the hallway leads up to the delightfully bright living area with kitchen, dining area and lounge with comfy seating and doors opening onto a sunny terrace overlooking the private pool with sea views. New railings on the terrace feature a gate which opens to steps leading down to the bedroom terrace on the lower level, again with railings and a small gate for access to the pool area and the long passage at the side of the villa.
The stunning kitchen is very well equipped and there is a handy serving counter separating it from the dining area and there is a small veranda off the kitchen with BBQ.
The well appointed bedrooms are on the ground floor and each have fitted wardrobes.
The master bedroom has an en-suite shower, bidet and toilet.
The family bathroom, located beside the twin bedrooms, has bath with shower, bidet and toilet.
The twin bedrooms both open onto a patio from where stairs lead down to the pool area. There are new railings around the patio and gates for safety.
The new pool is 16 x 10 ft with an additional paddling area of 16 x 4 ft, terrific for small children.
There are child gates on both the inside and outside stairs, which, along with the child paddling pool beside the adults pool, help to make this a very child friendly house where the family can quickly settle in and relax and everyone can enjoy a well-earned holiday!
