Vila do Navegador is a beautiful spacious villa (280m² of living space) in a unique location. The villa is located less than 5 minutes’ drive from the sea. The district consists exclusively of detached villas. Mostly inhabited by the residents themselves and partly by holiday guests. There is a calm atmosphere.

The villa is situated in a 1600m² fully walled garden. In the garden on the south side you will find the spacious swimming pool (5x10m).

Vila do Navegador has two floors and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a guest toilet, a spacious living room with a separate dining area and a modern kitchen with two ovens. All 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Ground floor

The spacious living room has comfortable seating, digital television / radio, hi-fi stereo (radio / CD), video, DVD player. The terrace is accessible from the living room. The adjoining dining room is stylishly furnished and gives access to both the hall (with an alarm centre, guest toilet and wardrobe) as well as the kitchen. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality Siemens appliances. From the kitchen there is direct access to the outside terraces.

In the utility room there is an additional fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer.

Two bedrooms downstairs:

Both with en-suite bathrooms and double beds.

Bedroom 1 is accessed via a separate entrance from the main building. This room is very spacious, 30m², with an extra comfortable seating area.

Bedroom 2 is located in the main building and has a separate entrance through the terrace. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Two bedrooms upstairs:

Here are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both with a double bed and a private balcony with a beautiful view of the surroundings. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Garden:

The villa is surrounded by a spacious garden with a large pool terrace with spacious lawns and lots of vegetation. The garden is equipped with a large dining table, sun beds and BBQ.

In the garden at the front is a private driveway, a covered carport and a parking space with space for several cars.

Environment:

The villa is a few minutes’ drive from (the beach of) Luz, a small atmospheric coastal town with various bars, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets. The larger supermarkets (Lidl, Intermarché) are in Lagos (at 6 km).

Lagos is a thriving seaside resort with a huge variety of entertainment, international cuisine restaurants, nightlife and a pedestrian area. The boulevard connects the old part of Lagos with the port. Towards the west are some small bay beaches and spectacular rock formations, such as the beautiful Ponta da Piedade or Praia Dona Ana. Visit one of the typical Portuguese fishing villages, or one of the caves by boat. To the east you will find the kilometre-long beach of Meia Praia with wonderful beach bars.

Golf :

In the vicinity of the villa you will find Boavista Golf or Espische Golf.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kitty (the owner) a message.

If Kitty (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
