From the owner

This beautiful well furnished three bedroom villa with swimming pool and outdoor barbecue is located on the outskirts of Praia da Luz. Ten minute walk to town centre or 3 minute bus ride from the gate.

It has three beautiful bedrooms, a spacious living/dining area and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. There are three fully tiled bathrooms, one en suite. There is a private pool, shaded patio area and private landscaped garden. There is satellite tv with 100’s of Portuguese,Spanish and English Channels.The villa is air conditioned in all three bedrooms and centrally heated.

Guests love the local atmosphere, lovely village, charming people, fabulous fresh fish and food. Gorgeous white sand beaches and most of the the privacy and security for families in this haven.

Imagine yourself sitting on the patio enjoying a beautiful sunset and deeply appreciating the beauty of Portugal. A glass of the local wine in hand. Now that's a good vacation.

The villa situated amoungst beautiful landscaped gardens and is not overlooked. The villa is located in quiet cul de sac secured behind electric gates and is absolutely private. Please note we implement all Covid-19 prevention procedures and the Villa is cleaned and sanitized to an extremely high standard before guests checkin.

Why can't I call Catherine (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Catherine (the owner) a message.

If Catherine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
