Sunshine streams into the living room through the glass doors to the spacious veranda outside which there is another table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ. Steps lead down to the pool area from the large veranda.
Also on the upper living room level is a new and a new kitchen with an adjoining pantry, which is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and also an electric kettle, coffee makers, toaster, an iron, ironing board and ample crockery etc.
Alongside the kitchen is a guest bathroom, with toilet and hand basin, while in a small alcove at the top of the stairs there is a simple but useful desk.
A few steps down from the entrance hall is the smart family bathroom which has a bath with a shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
Bedroom 3, beside the main bathroom, has twin beds and a built-in mirrored wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 has a new en-suite shower & toilet. It has twin beds, a built-in mirrored wardrobe and it opens onto a sheltered patio near the pool area.
The Master Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, toilet and wash hand basin. It has a 6 ft double bed, built-in mirrored wardrobes and opens onto the pool area.
The private pool has a shallow section which is handy for toddlers, though of course children must always be supervised in or near the pool.
This is a real gem of a villa for families with the added bonus of its terrific location in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the Blue Flag beach, restaurants and shops.
