The kitchen has an electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave and lots of pots & pans, cookware, crockery. cutlery and a walk-in pantry. There is a convenient serving hatch from the kitchen through to the dining room.

The pool is protected by an attractive glass barrier, while a glass safety door can be used at the top of the steps leading to the pool for children.
Less than 3 minutes walk to the beach, this is an absolutely charming end-of-row villa with private parking and no through traffic.
