A lovely 2-bedroom villa with a private pool and fantastic sea views, 5 minutes walk to restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the Blue Flag Beach!

This beautiful semi-detached villa truly has the wow factor you experience when you walk through the front door and see the fantastic sea views straight ahead!

The splendid lounge is furnished with a delightful rich red lounge suite and there is a flat screen TV. The adjacent dining area has table and 4 chairs. The lounge and dining area both open onto a large sunny veranda with another table and chairs making it perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing with that special glass of local wine!

The kitchen, to the left of the hallway, is very well-equipped with everything you need and has a serving hatch through to the dining area. Even the cook can enjoy the views while preparing food! The kitchen patio has a charcoal BBQ and another table and chairs where you can catch the evening sun. Steps at the side of the villa lead down to the pool area.

The two bedrooms are downstairs and both have direct access to the pool area. The master bedroom has 5 ft bed and en-suite bath/shower, bidet and toilet. The twin bedroom is beside the main bathroom which has shower and toilet. There is a guest bathroom in the entrance hall.

With so much to do in the area from tennis, to water sports, horse riding, walking and several excellent golf courses to play, you will not be able to pack everything in on your first visit, but you can always return and be more adventurous next time!
