4 Star Visit Britain self catering cottage. Sleeping up to five people, in a full self contained house, accommodating 4 adults and additional child in a full size wooden cot .. Our Lytham Holiday Cottage provides town centre accommodation near the famous windmill, golf courses and local shops. It's the perfect choice for families, has wireless internet availabe and comes with a large, enclosed patio including a gas BBQ and bike storage. Short Breaks are available from Nov. through to End March.

Our cottage has a king-sized bedroom and a twin room, a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and over-bath shower. The lounge contains a 42-inch flat screen TV and a DVD player, and leads to a kitchen complete with a washing machine and dishwasher. A cot and high chair are available free of charge. We also provide a welcome tray with tea, coffee, fruit teas and biscuits to help you settle in. Please contact us now for more information, or call to book a stay.

We do not take pets and offer a clean allergy free environment

The cottage must be left in a clean and tidy condition as found, (all plates cutlery and utensils clean, cooker wiped down etc) any additional cleaning costs will be charged against your security deposit.

We will be operating an enhanced cleaning regime during the current Covid 19 epidemic. The entire cottage is yours for the duration of your stay, giving you maximum safety.

We try to meet as many guests as possible to show them round and hand over keys. If this is not possible ( due to late arrival for example ) a keysafe is used. Any problems we are only 10 minutes away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Margaret, Tony (the owner) a message.

If Margaret, Tony (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
