Competitively priced modern spacious fully equipped 3 bed (6/8 berth) caravan, located 5 mins walk from the beach. The park offers Restaurant/arcade/launderette/play areas and parking

No additional charges for Pets/Electricity/Gas/

The caravan is beautifully maintained it has a fully equipped Kitchen, Spacious Lounge area, Comfortable bedrooms in whichDuvets and pillow cases are provided . We cannot supply sheets pillow cases duvet covers or personal towels as of July 2020 . .The bedrooms are 1 double and 2 twins which can convert to doubles and a sofa double bed in the lounge area.We also provide tea towels and cleaning products .

There is a spacious furnished verandah area .The caravan has TV DVD (with selection of DVDs) and various board games for entertainment .Gas and electricity is included in in the hire charges. Dogs are welcome and there is no additional charge for pets.

The Caravan is located on Tingdene Mablethorpe Chalet and Caravan park The site offers evening entertainment throughout the high season at the Cedars restuarant and entertainment centre . The park also offers shopping facilities /Arcades/play areas a launderette and Wi fi (chargable)-and free parking . It is located 5 minutes walk from beautiful sandy beaches and less then 20 minutes walk from Mablethorpe town centre with its shops, arcades, and fun fair. The park is serviced by both a "road train and "sand Train"

The park is within easy reach of the beautiful Lincolnshrie wolds, with many historic and interesting places also accessible including the Lincolnshire seal sanctuary and animal park which is less then half a mile away.

Rental periods are usually 7 nights from Friday to Saturday (arrive 2 pm - leave 10 am) but we are flexible and can accomadate guests who require earlier or later arrival or departures or differient start/end days

.

Short breaks 3/5 days) are are sometimes available. We can offer deals on longer stays and are happy to discuss any specific needs that our guests may have.

Why can't I call DAVID (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send DAVID (the owner) a message.

If DAVID (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
