Luxury condo with a large balcony view of the Gulf of Mexico and 2.5 miles of beach. The Madeira Norte complex is on beach, not across the highway, in the city of Madeira Beach on Florida's Central Gulf Coast next to St. Petersburg, and 13 miles south of Clearwater Beach, FL. The condo is directly across the street from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. This is a great family vacation area to enjoy the Gulf waters, heated pool, beautiful sunsets, walks on the beach, shelling, fishing, boating, snorkeling, parasailing, swimming, jet ski rentals, and more. John's Pass Village has excellent dining, shopping and entertainment and, it's only 45 minutes to Busch Gardens and approximately 60 more minutes to the Orlando area theme parks. Rest & relaxation are within walking distance. Please note that the condo is non-smoking. However, smoking is allowed on the unit's outdoor balcony.

Minimum 7 day rental due to the condo association rules.

Normal weekly rentals begin on Saturday with an arrival time of 2 pm or earlier if we are ready for you and the week lasts until the next Saturday at a 10 am check out unless otherwise confirmed through reservation or agreement with the owner.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Donald (the owner) a message.

If Donald (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
