Beautiful and luxurious 3 Bedroom Pool Villa, just 3 minutes walk to the beach. In a small community with shops, Thai massage shops and many local restaurants.

A beautiful, home-from-home villa, with all home luxuries and essentials. Very well equipped, for a perfect relaxing vacation.

This is a is a modern luxury villa designed for the comfort of our family and guests alike.

The villa is built in a contemporary Thai style with floor to ceiling glass. Doors from each of the rooms slide back to allow direct access to the large terrace, 5x11 meter Pool and garden beyond with several seating and lounging areas around the pool either in direct sun or shaded if you prefer.

The villa is detached and set in a totally private, walled garden with its own entrance and parking area.

The living area is elegantly furnished, open plan and has high vaulted ceilings to give an even greater feeling of space and serenity. There is a 55 smart tv in the living room and additional tvs in the master bedroom and bedroom 2.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, double door American fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave and plenty of cutlery, crockery and glass ware. There is a double sink and drainer as well as an additional bar/vegetable sink in the breakfast bar. All work surfaces are a black galaxy marble.

The dining set is a contemporary teak design, with a dramatic black chandelier above. A perfect setting should you wish to entertain.

Each of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom as well as the guest toilet that is off of the living room. Bedroom 2 has two additional full sized guest beds that fit under the twin beds in the room. They are on wheels and can be moved to accommodate your families requirements.

The garden is fully unclosed and is entered through the gate that leads off of its own private driveway and parking area. The tropical garden is a peaceful place to sit with views up the palm covered hills.

The pool was designed with the owners children in mind. The pool is approx 1 meter in the shallow end sloping to 1.8 meters at the deep end with two wide steps to sit on and relax. The garden sala seats 6 people comfortably while the terrace and sun deck has a further sun loungers and sun bathing pads.

The villa is self catering, however a private chef can be arranged either to cook for you in the villa . This service is charged for separately.

All linens and towels are provided including beach towels but we ask that you notify our manager any towels are lost or damaged at the beach.

Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at B7.5 per unit plus 7% vat. Average daily consumption based on 6 people sharing, would equate to B100 per person per day.

A copy of all passports are required before or upon check in to comply with Thai law.

How do damage deposits work?
