A countryside Villa at only 30 miles from north of Rome, also boasts a strategic location to renewn areas in Umbrie, Lazio and Tuscany and antique towns: Viterbo, Orvieto,florence and Siena - all available for easy day trips by car. Large pool 14x7 mt, with salt SYSTEM, offers stunning view on rolling hills and fantastic sunset.

The Villa is built with wood,finished terra-cotta brick,marble, it is composed for 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning, and 3 bathrooms, living room, and full equipped kitchen with dishwashing, electrict fan oven,washing machine.Hand tiled terra-cotta floors and an open beam ceiling evoke the splendor of the Italian countryside - and the room's double-bed, warm colors, and inviting decor make it both cozy and relaxing. All the rooms offer a stunning view on the rolling hills.

    Thank you for your review the oven and fridge has been changed and mosquitos nets are in all the villa as you suggested.Usually the books and maps that i leave for the guest is an optional.But you leaft the house very dirty with many rubish this is why you dont apreciayed the place?
