This is an apartment occupying the entire first floor of the villa "Imahasoa".

It is located in the district of Androva, 200 m from the hospital Androva, 10 minutes walk from the large baobab and cornice and within 10 minutes drive from the beach of Mahajanga, in the village touristic.

This apartment has a living room (13 m2), a kitchen with a fridge freezer of 280 liters of Samsung brand, a gas stove with 4 burners and oven and all necessary utensils (kettle, microwave, dishwasher , pans, pots, etc.), two bedrooms of 11, 5 m2 each, of which one is air conditioned, bathroom with shower (hot water), a terrace of 13 m2 with sofa and bamboo chairs. She is 58 m2 surface, counting the terrace. Room photo will be posted tomorrow. For now, the interior paintings were redone.

It is equipped with a TV with Canalsat + wifi.

The capacity is normally 8 people. There is 1 bed per room 140 + two bunk beds.

Quel crédit accorder à un voyageur qui, sur le total des 7 avis publiés sur Tripadvisor (voir dans la marge le profil de l’intéressé), attribue la note « Horrible » 4 fois, à la date du 10 novembre 2016? Plus de la moitié !!! Passer une nuit dans un hôtel horrible, un appartement horrible, prendre un repas dans un restaurant horrible, cela se conçoit, quand on n’a pas de chance, mais heureusement, cela ne dure que quelques minutes, quelques heures au plus et reste purement accidentel. Par contre, passer trois semaines en continu dans un appartement horrible …, reconnaissons qu’il faut du tempérament. Chacun se fera un avis sur la question ! Et pourtant, à aucun moment au cours de son séjour, le voyageur n’a exprimé le souhait de quitter les lieux, ce à quoi nous nous serions empressés de répondre favorablement en lui restituant la somme calculée au prorata des nuitées passées. Ou bien alors le mot « Horrible » n’a pas le même sens pour tout le monde. Attendons donc de voir les commentaires des prochains locataires pour y voir plus clair. Comme nous mettons en location d’autres maisons sur le même site, les personnes souhaitant disposer d’informations complémentaires sont invitées à lire les commentaires accompagnant ces annonces. Je veux bien que des améliorations puissent être apportées à un appartement récemment mis en location, ce à quoi nous nous employons du reste, mais dans tous les cas,, les exigences de confort et de qualité d’un appartement payé 19,50 € la nuitée et celles d’un hôtel 4 étoiles ne sont pas les mêmes.

How do damage deposits work?

If Jean-françois (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
