The villa is a typical polynesian construction, with a surface of 150 m2 , with 2 bedrooms ( Queen size beds ) each one with bathroom ( including an outdoor shower) and 1 huge loft with 2 queen size bed more .

Mezzanine : 2 double beds ( king size) equipped with fans.

Bedroom n°1 : 1 bed 180 cm (king size) equipped with A/C and a safe. Adjoining a bathroom with outdoor shower , bath , double sink and a separate toilet.

Bedroom n°2 : 1 bed 180 cm (King size) equipped with A/C adjoining a bathroom with shower , sink and a toilet.

The open kitchen overlooks a stay at the impressive views and a terrace of 100m2. Fully equipped (oven, microwave, a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine , toaster, kettle, fridge, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine) ,and open to the living room , equipped with 2 sofa, a TV, and wifi and also into a large window that overlook the terrace.

Installed on the terrace , you will dominate in a row magic infinity pool and a big sandy beach . You will find Dinner Area on the terrace for 8 persons, and a lounge , garden furniture resin wicker...

A staircase leads to the fine sandy beach equipped with sun loungers , Kayaks and SUP .

Proximity to shops , airport and wharf boat is a huge asset. You can easily discover Moorea from this villa . Or simply enjoy the charm of our absolute ownership, exotic furniture, sunbathing , calm and tranquility . This is what attracted in recent years a lot of customers all around the world ! Bonjour Matt , Merci d'avoir pris le temps de laisser un petit commentaire .Alors pour répondre à vos remarques , nous ne fournissons pas de champoing ni de savon , c'est clairement indiqué dans nos annonces , ce ne fut sans doute pas une surprise pour vous . Concernant le liquide vaisselle vous êtes resté 2 nuitées dans la villa , donc pourquoi fournir un liquide vaisselle neuf alors que celui-ci à largement suffit ? ( de plus le villa est équipée d'un lave-vaisselle avec du détergent ) . Vous auriez du nous demander, car il y avait bien une bouilloire et de l'huile de cuisine dans la villa ( à défaut de les avoir trouvé , un coup de telephone et le problème aurait té réglé ) . Nous mettons à disposition 2 kayak simple pour nos voyageurs , ainsi qu'un barbecue à charbon , c'est également indiqué dans notre annonce . Nous prenons note de vos remarques . The house is not ideal for young child that don't know how to swim because of the pool , yes , and about the stairs , this is a very nice stair in coconut wood , made on the tree , so this is more esthetic than secure for young childs . Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
