Located at Mahibadhoo, a Maldivian local island in South Ari Atoll, Noovilu Suites is designed as a luxury guesthouse for guests to enjoy premium stay & explore the beauty of Maldives at an affordable price.

The suite room package rate at US$150 per room per night (inclusive of full meal board for 1-2person). The rate is subject to 12% goods & services tax and US$3 green tax per person per night.

The room package includes:

- Air-conditioned room with king-size bed (6.5ft x 6ft)

- Ensuite private outdoor bathroom with hot/cold water and basic amenities (shampoo, body wash, bath & hand towels)

- In-room security safe

- Exclusive access to the guesthouse bikini rooftop terrace

- Meals are served at our in-house restaurant

- Complimentary flow of beverages (water, coffee & tea) at our restaurant.

- Complimentary afternoon tea snacks from 4-6PM

Attire: When going about the island, do dress appropriately and avoid wearing swimwear such as bikinis. Nonetheless, you are free to enjoy the sun and ocean in your swimwear within the guesthouse area, at our exclusive rooftop beach, on the boat and outside the inhabited island

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Noovilu Suites (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
