Located on the 2nd Floor of the La Terrasse in Maho, this fully remodeled One Bedroom Unit boasts terrific views of the Caribbean Ocean and Saba and is a plane spotter's paradise watching aircrafts land at the famous SXM Airport.

This fully renovated furnished One Bedroom unit is located on the 2nd floor and overlooks the lush tropical gardens of La Terrasse out to the Caribbean Sea. As a fully turnkey residence located steps from everything Maho has to offer, this is an excellent choice for families and couples who wish to start lasting vacation memories.

There is a queen size bed in the bedroom of this spacious unit as well as a large pull out sofa that sleeps 2. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities of home just in case you do decide to stay in. Nespresso and coffee machine, blender, microwave, full size fridge, cook-top, dishwasher and washing machine. Just buy your groceries from the store just downstairs! A comfortable balcony with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy breakfast or sip a glass of wine as well as a lounging area to relax after a full day is ideally located for you to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets.

However, when you do venture out, the Maho Village has a wide range of international restaurants to suit any taste and to accommodate any age.

As the evening settles in; you can enjoy dinner and live entertainment at the number one hot spot on the Island 'Cheri's Cafe', try your luck at the Royal Casino situated next door, sing along with the pianoman at Soprano’s Piano Bar or dance the night away at the most talked about night club on the Island 'Tantra'.

St. Martin offers a diverse culture since the island is divided into the Dutch-side and French-side. The French side has a significant European gastronomy and flair while the Dutch side provides a continuous flow with its casino and nightlife. If you are looking for adventures on the water, well take your pick! Scubadiving, snorkeling, sailing, jetskiing, waterskiing, jetpacking and windsurfing are all popular choices. And it's easy to spend the day relaxing on one of the 37 beaches, strolling the boardwalk of Dutch-side Philipsburg, and exploring the very French town of Marigot.

This resort is an excellent choice for couples and families who are looking for a stress-free and everything within reach vacation. There is always something to do here at the Maho Village. From the freshwater pool to the French-inspired spa, the Residences at La Terrasse blend elegance with the laid-back island vibe. Guests of the La Terrance will have access to the beach and facilities (including fresh beach towels and a gym) of the Royal Island Club-La Plage and the Sonesta Maho Beach Hotel which is located just across the street. This resort lies at the entrance of the Maho Village, which offers a wide range of boutiques, hair salon, supermarket, international restaurants, pharmacy, ATMs, underground parking, nightclubs and the Casino Royale, St. Maarten's largest casino. The famous Sunset Bar & Grill where you can check the planes' arrival and departure is within sight and walking distance.

La Terrasse is located at the entrance of the Maho Village and offers for a minimal fee a convenient underground parking for its guests that do decide to rent a vehicle while staying here, although a car is not essential as many amenities are all within walking distance. Just inquire at the front desk reception.

Check-in is done in the lobby of La Terrasse resort. This secluded, quiet unit offers 24-hour security.

For stays over 7 days cleaning will be provided weekly at a cost of an additional $50 per week, payable in cash upon arrival. The cleaning-out charge is included in the booking.

Elevators will also take you from the underground parking facility to the unit.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Francois (the owner) a message.

If Francois (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
