Casa Roberta is a comfortable two bedrooms accommodation set in the heart of the active town of Maiori.

A good choice of all the shops and action of the town, the lovely main beach , the romantic promenade with cafes and friendly waterfront restaurants are just few steps from the accommodation.

The apartment, located on the fourth floor of the building (with elevator), is airy and full of light thanks to its high position and many windows with views over the sea, the town centre and the beautiful arch of the Amalfi Coast with Amalfi and Ravello in the distance.

It also features a strategic location being at only few meters away from the SITA bus stop and the little harbour of Maiori from where guests can leave for excursions or day trips to Positano, Amalfi, Salerno and the islands of Capri and Ischia ( This service operates during April-October). Staying at Casa Roberta, a car is not necessary. But if you have a car , it is possible to park , at the daily cost of Euro 20/25 , in a private parking lot which is reachable by walking about 10 minutes (situated at about 800 mts away) .

The interior is not luxury but perfectly adequate and functional. It preserves its soul of holiday house used by the owners during the summertime , keeping some antique pieces and owners belongings , but all the modern comforts such as Wi-fi internet connection, Tv, air conditioning units, washing machine , dishwasher, electric blinds etc have been added to ensure a pleasant holiday.

Accommodation (approx. 90 sq. m. indoor):

The accommodation is suitable for 4 people.

The front door gives access onto a small corridor. You will be able to enter all the rooms form this corridor

The first room you will meet is a large double bedroom with a matrimonial bed ( on request, can be split into two twin beds ) , a wardrobe, an air conditioning unit and a window opening onto the roofs of the numerous buildings surrounding the apartment.

Then, the fully equipped kitchen with the same view over the roofs. It features a table seating 4 people, a full size fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, an electric oven, 5 burners-cooker and all the modern appliances. A French doors opens onto a small terrace

The modern spacious bathroom has been recently restored and tastefully adorned with white and black majolica tiles. It is equipped with a glass enclosure shower, a bath tub, a washbasin and toilet . Here you will also find a hairdyer,a washing machine and iron with ironing board

The living/dining room is simply and comfortably furnished with a table seating 4 people, a flat screen TV, a sofa for 3 people, an air conditioning unit and a French door opening onto a L-shaped terrace with sea view which hosts a table with 4 chairs for outdoor meals.

The second bedroom is a double. It comes with a matrimonial bed, a chest of drawers, 2 armchairs, an air conditioning unit and a window overlooking roofs and the sea in the distance.

Finally, a small bathroom which is equipped with a glass enclosure shower, a washbasin and a toilet .

Refundable security deposit due upon arrival : 300 euros in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.

ACCESS

From the main entrance of the building on the street level, access to the apartment is by an elevator.

DISTANCES

The house is in the town center of Maiori. The beach and the seaside promenade are right across the street. A grocery shop and a tobaccos are just outside the main entrance of the building. All essentials ( bars, shops, restaurants, banks , post office, etc ) are a few steps away as the bus stop marked SITA to Amalfi( 5 km) , Ravello(9 km), Sorrento ( 35 km) , Salerno ( 16 km) Positano ( 20 km). Ferries and hydrofoil ply daily from Maori to Capri (1½ h.), Positano (20 min.), Ischia (2½ h) and Salerno (1 h.) The services operate only during April-October.
