This is a fully serviced apartment planted at the edge of a rustic village of Majorda. From the balcony you can enjoy beautiful views of rising sun over coconut grooves while 26 km stretch of soft white sand awaits you just 500 meters away (6 minutes by walk). Property also has a shared swimming pool with open space for sunbathing (relax chairs are provided). With 24 hours water supply and back-up electrical system, for both elevator and light & fan points inside the apartment, ensures an uninterrupted holiday.

Apartment is located inside a 24 hour gated compound. Numerous restaurants and bars are within walking distance offering good local food, tranquil settings and live music. Taxi services are available just outside the apartment complex offering transport to markets, temples, waterfalls and other places of interest.

In addition we offer amenities, at no extra cost, making sure you stay focused on enjoying your vacation while our team, Lancaster Pereira and Catherina Menezes, works hard to make your stay a memorable one.

The apartment sleeps max four people while prices displayed are for a couple. When numbers of guests are more than 2 then every additional guest, adult or child, may be charged €5 extra per night.

Additional charge for cleaning services may be applicable.

Check-in and Check-out times are 1500 Hrs and 1200 Hrs respectively. Early check-in or Late check-out may be arranged without any extra charge depending on availability.

A deposit of EUR 150 as damage deposit will be held by Tripadvisor. Security deposit will be automatically returned one week after check-out. At check-out please inspect the property and items provided together with the property manager to avoid any surprise.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Girish (the owner) a message.

If Girish (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
