The Space

'Apartment Zlatka' (located on the entire first floor) is an air conditioned, comfortable living space with all modern facilities including:

Enjoy this bright airy room by day or kick back on the leather lounge at night with our in-house entertainment including: large cable tv, dvd, sound system, radio, cards and board games.

Full Kitchen

Pickup fresh local ingredients at supermarkets, shops and stalls on your stroll back from the beach and easily prepare breakfasts, sunset snacks, or any full meal from our modern kitchen with sea views. The full kitchen includes: large fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all cooking serving and eating utensils.

Dining Area

A large 6 seat dining table, with sea views, will allow all your guests to easily share a meal together.

Reading Nook

Kick back with a relaxing book whilst still being part of the holiday vibe in our funky reading nook that is adjoined to the main living space.

2 Master Bedrooms

Two spacious, fun themed, master bedrooms both with queen beds, dressing tables and new modern ceiling fans with the remote control. All linen and extra blankets are included.

2 Single Bedrooms

Including full-size single beds, all linen and blankets with extra cupboards and storage space for the apartment.

2 Large Bathrooms

Two separate full bathrooms each with their own shower and toilet. Also includes: washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

2 Balconies

Two separate balconies allow you to relax and enjoy beautiful sunset views of the sea and also the grandeur of the surrounding Biokovo Mountains. Includes deck furniture and drying rack.

2 Car Parks

Includes 2 car spaces directly outside the apartment with direct access to the 2nd floor apartment.

Safe and Secure

Although located in a very safe area. The building also has a locked front door with intercom and the apartment has dead-bolts and safety box inside for your added security.

Guest Access

Guests have access to EVERYTHING in the apartment - all of which we've purchased new just for you! The use of air conditioner is limited to 14 hours a day.

Interaction with Guests

I live 15 minutes walk away and can stop by as much (or as little) as you'd like. I am always open to any advice about the area.

The Neighborhood

This is a quite, very safe neighborhood that is centrally located with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, cafe and childrens playground close by. But walk a few extra blocks and you will be in the heart of town.

Getting around

We are located on a hill that runs down to the shops and seaside, but don't worry, it is an easy walk. In fact it is a nice area to get some holiday exercise and you will find that walking is the best way to get around and indulge in all the town has to offer and walk off those big meals! The local shops, cafe and bars are only 5 mins walk, the promenade and beach is 15 mins walk and the town centre a leisurely 20 min walk.

If you want to explore further there is 2 parking places in front of the apartment with nearby hire facilities for cars, vespas and bicycles.

Also the local bus station is a 15 min walk away with buses departing regularly throughout the day that travel up and down the Croatian coastline.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marita (the owner) a message.

If Marita (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
