From the owner

The apartment has an approximate area of 50 sqm. It has capacity for four people. It has 1 bedroom with wardrobe and double bed, living room with sofa bed for two people and modern and functional kitchen. The bathroom with shower. The living room is comfortable, bright and very spacious with direct access to two balconies. It has plasma TV, iPod speakers and free WiFi Internet access. The kitchen is open to the living area, fully equipped kitchen and washer-dryer. Air conditioning (cold/hot) in the living room and in the bedroom.

The apartments are located in a quiet pedestrian street in the heart of Malaga, very close to the main museums (Picasso, Thyssen, Contemporary Art Center), major sights (Cathedral, Alcazaba, Roman Theatre ...) and entertainment (shops, bars, restaurants and everything you might need). Near by taxi and 15 minutes' walk from the train station and buses. Two public car parks within two minutes' walk.

Things to do in the surroundings:

Near the main street called Larios, the apartment has an exclusive location in the city of Malaga, suitable for those who want to enjoy the best of the city, stay in a charming place and reasonably priced.

It is just one step from the best shops and restaurants in town. Close to the beach if you just want to sunbathe or have a walk. In this case, do not forget to try the delicious grilled sardines.

If you just want is tourism, only have to walk a few and you will in the Picasso Museum, Thyssen Museum or the Cathedral. 15 of the 20 museums are in the downtown area.

Ideal to enjoy Easter, the Spanish Film Festival and the August Fair.

The Costa del Sol is also known as the Costa del Golf. Many golf fields along the coast. The closest to 4 km.

Sierra Nevada is located about two hours' drive away where you can enjoy the sport of skiing. Ski season usually lasts from November to April.

Communications:

International Airport 8 km, with regular flights to many destinations.

Train station 1.3 km (16 minutes walking). Connection with high speed train to Madrid in 2.5 h and Seville in 45 min.

Bus station 1.3 km.

Station near 500 m with connection to the airport in 15 min, and at various places in the Costa del Sol (Torremolinos, Fuengirola, etc..).
