AUNT ANTONIA HOUSE: Fabulous waterfront apartment, just 5 meters from the sea in a fishing area typical of Malaga. Air condition and central heating, free wifi, smart TV, Netflix. Fully equipped for 2-4 persons (2 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN OR 4 ADULTS), 2nd floor, has 1 double bedroom (1,50), 1 bathroom with shower, living room with a sofabed (1,30) with kitchen area and a comfortable sofa bed, all with air condition. It also has a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a drink while watching the sunset over the bay of Malaga, or sit and relax at any time of day. Everything in the apartment is brand new (kitchen, sofa, bedroom, smart TV, satellite, NETFLIX, WIFI ...), has everything you need for a holiday by the sea.

The apartment is 5 meters from the beach in a typical fishing in Malaga, with a selection of bars and restaurants on the door step and a 20 km coastal path. It is a quiet area with excellent public transport connections every 8 minutes. The city center with all its cultural attractions, nightlife and shopping is a 10 minute bus trip by car, Nerja and its caves Torremolinos 30 minutes to 25 minutes. This is an ideal place for those seeking rest, with all amenities at hand and wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea, where we have about 300 days of sunshine a year. There is also a golf course just 600 meters from the Padlock and a marina just a 5 minute walk.

Other Activities: beach football, beach volleyball, paddle tennis, outdoor fitness

Golf: There are plenty of golf courses along the "Costa del Sol", in this area there is one in the Padlock Course (10 minutes walk) and one in Añoreta Golf (10 minutes drive), also there are many many others within 20 minutes drive. These two courses are very reasonable.

Skiing: The ski resort at Sierra Nevada, located in Granada with its 104 km of snow, is only 1 hour 30 minute drive! Or to visit the wonderful Alhambra. You will be able to ski in the morning and return to tea time by the sea!

TRANSPORTATION: From the airport you can take a bus or train to the city center and then a 10 minute bus ride to El Palo, this bus, LINE No. 11 every 5 minutes from 23:30 every 40 minutes during overnight. You can get the bus to the city center 2 minutes walk from the apartment. You can get a bus to Nerja in 1 minute walk from the apartment. You can take a taxi to 200 meters away. BEACHES: The beaches of El Palo and Pedregalejo are not very deep so they are ideal for children and everyone. There are plenty of bars and restaurants where you can have a drink, eat some fish or a modern restaurant.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
