Ideal for couples, groups of friends and families who want to stay in the city center. Located in a quiet pedestrian street, you come out of it and you are in the city center. Just three minutes of C / Larios and 10 beaches Malagueta. Ideal for walking to all attractions. SmartTV + Wifi. Wooden floors and high ceilings, has 2 bedrooms with new and super comfortable beds (one room with double bed 1,35x1,90m and wardrobe, one with two single beds and wardrobe 90x190). Pillow menu available. Spacious and cozy living room with sofa bed (2,80 m wide and measures 1,35x1,90m bed) ... and a puff, dining table with seating for 6 and 45-inch Smart TV with Netflix, HBO, You Tube. fully equipped with kitchen and fridge .. Large kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee (Nespresso capsules-and normal), zumera, kettle, hob 4 fires and all necessary cooking utensils. Air conditioning "airzone" hot / cold throughout the house (in both bedrooms and living room). Wifi high speed. Designer bathroom consists of large shower, hair dryer and hair iron, towels, soap and shampoo. It has ironing board and iron. Bedding, bath and beach towels included. Some products and welcome amenities included. Professional cleaning the apartment before each new booking. Optional baby cot and sheets (25 Eur).     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How can I retract my booking request?

    How do I cancel my booking?

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send FAMILIA MATEUS (the owner) a message.

    If FAMILIA MATEUS (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
