Villa Upper I is a brand new villa located in Malaxa. This villa is designed with modern architecture and elements that cope with the dreams, needs, and ambitions of the most discerning guest. Let’s have a closer look.

Indoor facilities

Villa Upper I is a two-storey villa equipped with all the necessary amenities for your unforgettable holidays. On the ground floor, there is an open-air living room with a sofa, a satellite TV, and a kitchen equipped with all the electrical appliances. In the same area, there is a dining table for 6 people. A communal bathroom with a shower is suitable for all the guests. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one with twin size beds, one with a double size bed, and one with a double and a single bed. All of them have satellite smart screen TVs. Two airy bathrooms complete the floor. The minimal design and the contemporary architecture underline the whole essence of the villa that tries to offer you tranquility and a getaway from the everyday routine of the noisy cities.

Outdoor facilities

The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the private swimming pool. The pool surrounds sunbeds with an umbrella which lets you enjoy carefree moments with your loved ones. A dining area for 6 guests is protected under a pergola with a barbeque space offering moments of relaxation, and letting you enjoy your meals with your friends and family. Don’t miss the parking space for 2 cars.

Villa Upper is part of a complex with two luxury villas, one close to the other, each one with its own facilities and amenities.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 10€ per night/villa from March to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid upon your arrival in cash.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Holiways (the owner) a message.

If Holiways (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
