From the owner

The Apartment is situated inside the Residence Kormorano a large complex of fifty apartments in the town of Malcesine on the east coast of Lake Garda.

The residence is surrounded by typical olive trees, is 1 km from the centre of the town and 1,5 km from the beach , there is an enlightened sidewalk.

The apartment is on two plans; on the ground floor kitchen, living room and a one bath room. At the first floor there are two double-bedrooms, a small single bed-room and a bath room. Can sleep 5 person.

Every plan has one balcony.

In the living room there is a big table and chair and comfortable sofà , there is a television with sat-TV.

The apartment has a parking closed by an automatic gate .

Outside there is a shared swimming pool available from 1st June till 30th September and two tennis field , there is a garden with a fireplace and a table if you want to have a bbq.

Check in: after 4:00 p.m. , check out: not later than 10:00 a.m.

The swimming pool and tennis field are available from 1st June till 30th September.

Extra charges:

Cost for the pet 8 euro / night

If the heating is needed it cost 1 euro for every cubic meter of gas used.

The cost for the air condition is 1 euro per kwh used .

How do damage deposits work?

If Milani (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
