Nikky’s apartment is completely new, fully renovated and designed with a lot of love and care for you to enjoy your vacation.

It’s one bedroom apartment of 45m2, with three beds. Perfect for four people. In bedroom 1x 180x200cm, plus additional bed (can be single or double 160xcm). In the living room one bed/sofa (when open 140 x 200cm). Air conditioned, or floor heating for colder days. Fully equipped.

Parking private. No charge.

You can enjoy two terraces overlooking the sea, roofs and palm tree. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets. Smaller, west oriented terrace 9m2, or big terrace 24,5 m2 as your outdoor living room and relaxing area with grill.

It's located very near centre. 5 min walk. But it is quiet area. It is 5 min walk from the beach Kadin.

Nikky’s is located on the third floor. Stairs are light to clime. No elevator. Its like a penthouse where you have all the privacy you need.

Also, important, on ground floor you can use storage of 3 m2 for everything you don't need to have in the apartment.

Its like Your escape place with peace, privacy and Amazing views and sunset..

Why can't I call Nikolina (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nikolina (the owner) a message.

If Nikolina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
