Situated in safe tourist area with a view on Zaton bay, our accommodation is a perfect location for tourists who want to experience many different things in Dubrovnik. Our accommodation offers you memorable vacation and your complete rest.The price for the accommodation includes towels, bed linen, the electricity and water consumption, Air condition (cool and heat), final cleaning, Wi-Fi Internet, and parking place. It is a nice place where you have everything you need to make your self comfortable. In front of the house you have parking place which is in natural shade. In front of the house there is also a terrace where you can enjoy your meal or just relax with glass of wine and good book. We have one big summer kitchen where we prepare best specialties for our guests and dining room you all can use. Breakfast is already counted in price (only 7€ for: grains or cereals, fruit and/or vegetables, a protein food such as eggs, crumpets and toast with butter or margarine and/or jam or marmalade, and a beverage such as tea, coffee, milk or fruit juice. ) and we also serve lunch and dinner as we agreed.
Our bedroom fits great for two. It has one real bed bedroom, with big wardrobe, and bathroom with tub. The room has a small balcony with a view on our street. It is a nice place where you have everything you need to make your self comfortable.

The Neighborhood

Most of the people in Zaton are doing tourism, so they are all very kind and friendly. People are very polite, because most of the people in Dubrovnik, live from tourism. That's why we all have very high respect for each guest we have. What everyone love in Zaton, is a feeling -so close to town, but so far from crowd- Zaton bay has beautiful beaches, nature, crystal clean sea, and many activities you can do. During the summer there are many events, where you can feel traditional way how people live here. In our closest neighborhood, we have big playground, near the sea, and only 2 minutes from your house. There is also children's park, on the other side, where your kids can play. In meanwhile, you can spent your time sitting in tavern "Dandy", having a drink or meal and watching your kids having fun. Down the street from your house, you can enjoy your time on small local beach, which is covered by natural shade, reading a book or just enjoying the sun. We also have few bars and restaurant you can visit. All of them have one thing in common. They are all placed on romantic locations by the sea, and they all have good and quality service with decent price. All this things, are the reason why everyone comes back. Give us the opportunity to make you feel the same.
