From the owner

Villa Andrija is an old summer house, located directly on the sea-side. It is ideal for people who want to escape from city rush and stressful everyday life. The house is surrounded by wonderful nature, only 55 km from Dubrovnik and 1,5 km from a small town Ston. All around the house there is a big garden with all kind of mediterranean vegetation together with big palm trees that provide pleasant shade. The house has water supply line and the electricity is gained by solar collectors. You can freely plug in your mobile phones, computers, radio, lamps or any other device which is not consuming much energy (less than 100 W). In front of the house there is a small private pier where small fishing smack can be tied up. There are also several terraces around the house together with a grill. Guests are welcome to use our bicycles for free and enjoy in 1,5 km ride to the town.We also rent a sit-on-top kayak for 2+1.The house is divided in two completely separate units, like a semi-detached house. The part of the house that we rent consists of the ground floor and the first floor, which is entered from outside of the house. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with big dining table and couch and a bathroom. Bedrooms and another bathroom are situated on the first floor. In front of the kitchen on the ground floor, there is a big terrace in shadow.

We usually stay in a small house at the bottom of the garden, or sometimes in the other half of the house. You will have your absolute privacy in the house and all around. The only place where you can sometimes see us is at the very sea side.

Liebe Gäste, es tut uns Leid, dass es ein Missverständnis gab. Sie haben nicht in der Anzeige bemerkt, dass unser Haus nicht mit dem elektrischen Netzwerk verbunden ist, und dass die Schlafzimmer sich im ersten Stock befinden. Es tut uns auch Leid dass Sie uns nicht meldeten, ein Problem mit dem Strom zu haben, weil unser Haus duales Stromversorgungssystem hat. Diese Problem konnte innerhalb 10 Minuten gelöst werden. Es freut uns, dass Sie in unserem Garten Umgebung und Strand genossen haben. Unser Ziel ist, jedem Gast maximal zu helfen und seinen Aufenhalt möglichst zu verbessern.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ana (the owner) a message.

If Ana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
