From the owner

The property is considered semi-rural as it is just outside the village and is an old Provencal farmhouse (Mas). Both apartments fully furnished, equipped with kitchenette, 2 plate stove, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine and bar fridge. Lavender is the upstairs studio and measures 23m2. Minimum 4 nights in July and August.

The studio has its own private bathroom/toilet with a large walk-in shower, no bath, with all quality bathroom toiletries included (towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, etc). There is a dining table with 2 chairs, for taking meals indoors if desired, or to use as a workspace. The bed linens are all 100% cotton.

Bed linen and towel renewal service for longer reservations is available at 20€ per change (10€ for bed linens and 10€ for towels). A cleaning service is also available on request at 20€ per hour.

For convenience we have recently created a laundry on the property and washing can now be done onsite at 10€ per load, we provide washing machine pods and stain remover. There are also 2 laundrettes in the village if you prefer.

Safe spacious parking. In the garden there is a pebbled terrace with wrought iron furniture for you to enjoy the beautiful Summer mornings eating croissants or pains au chocolats, or dinner at sunset. There are 3 restaurants in the centre of the village as well as 2 pizzeria's. We are on the bus route to Salon-de-Provence and Aix-en-Provence.

There is a large swimming pool with loungers and parasols. We are well positioned for guests who wish to explore Provence/Luberon during the day. The evenings are ideal to take a swim and relax with a glass of wine for apero before going out for dinner. What our guests experience here is quite unique. They have the privacy of their apartment and use of the swimming pool area and the garden adjoining the apartment. We are available to offer advice to our guests when they need it with regards to what to do, where to go and what to see in the region.

From 1 June guests will have access to the new laundry room with washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, etc.

Drought warning each Summer in Provence. Please use water very carefully.

The owner reserves the absolute right to close the pool or restrict the hours of use for any period of time in circumstances, which the owner believes, in their absolute discretion, to be necessary in the interest of health and safety.

The owner is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience that may be suffered as a consequence of any unforeseen breakdown in the pump/filtration or any other equipment used in the swimming pool, and for any closure of the swimming pool due to Government and/or local laws prohibiting the use of water for pool maintenance.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Charmaine (the owner) a message.

If Charmaine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
