Our goal is to provide a SHELTE, where the views invites you to lose your thoughts. Near @ Guincho beach, Cascais, Portugal

The great attraction of the house is the wonderful views and the garden.

THE HOUSE has one bedroom, living room, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.We recommend the house for two people, but are accepted up to 4 for the same price. We have a sofa bed in the living room!

There's Wi-Fi, TV and music!

WHERE

The house is located in the Natural Park of Sintra-Cascais, near the beauty of the Serra de Sintra and the Atlantic Ocean.By car, you'll find:

- In 5 minutes, Guincho beach, very popular for surfing (with surf schools);

- In 10 min., Cascais, charming little village full of restaurants, stores and bars that cater to all tastes and needs;

- In 15 min., Sintra, Unesco World Heritage Site, one of the best places to visit, especially the 'old village' and Palaces (Palácio Nacional da Pena, Palácio Nacional de Sintra, among others).

- In 25 min., Lisbon, one of the most beautiful cities in the world, for sure!You can use the highway (A5 Cascais-Lisboa) or you can go by train from Cascais

Once in the city, you can use the subway.

IMPORTANT: It's not impossible, but I must say that it isn't easy to stay at The Shelter without a car… unless you like to walk!

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Petra (the owner) a message.

    If Petra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
