The Old Dairy is a luxury apartment, fully self-contained with its own generous outdoor living space. A fusion of contemporary design with the privacy and independence of a home away from home providing comfort for two. We have tried to create a special destination that we would love to stay ourselves. Whether you are looking for that romantic bolt hole, walking holiday or a base to explore the surrounding historic counties we are sure The Old Dairy can deliver.

A lovely self contained garden in which you can enjoy lazy Sunday mornings on the large comfortable outdoor sofa, or kick back with a good book and steal yourself some extra zzz... If you are feeling in the mood there is a Weber gas BBQ available, great for steaks in the evening or the full english in the morning. You can enjoy the garden all through the day and well into the night even if its raining. The decking area is protected and the garden is thoughtfully lit.

Lockable storage for bicycles is available within your garden.

Hi, With the difficult year we have had we would like to reassure our guests that we are fully covid safe. We invested in a great fogging machine to use between guests and then we always do a full "spring" clean each time. We provide hand sanitiser at the door as you arrive and we have keyless access with a digital panel for ease. We live adjacent to the property so are available if needed and always happy to have a safe "chat" and share local knowledge- whatever makes you happy,

Luxury cottage that doesnt forget its charm

Wonderfully appointed, classy and extremely comfortable. Wonderful hosts, fantastically comfortable bed, warm and welcoming. We wanted to stay longer and will certainly be back.

Why can't I call Nicki (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nicki (the owner) a message.

If Nicki (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
