Welcome to itti Barry Villa, our tranquil, family friendly beach access resort, located in Mammee Bay Estates, just minutes from the Town of Ocho Rios and all the world-renowned attractions of Jamaica's pristine North Coast.

itti Barry Villa is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom beach access Villa. The Villa is excellent for family vacations, groups of friends and corporate guests.

The Villa is nestled within a quiet, self-contained Estate with 24-hours gated security and roving night patrols. The Villa is surrounded with lush flower gardens and fruit trees. It boasts a beautiful four feet deep swimming pool in the front of the home which makes it safe for adults and children alike. The cabana is perfect for enjoying the Caribbean Sea breeze. Pool deck chairs for sun-bathing and a dining table on the veranda will keep you soaking up the sun and warmth of the Caribbean out-doors.

All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Your lilac bedroom contains a queen-sized four-poster bed; your first all-white bedroom has two twin beds, which can be joined for additional comfort; the green room and the second white bedroom both contain beautiful king-sized beds. Enjoy the beautiful local art displayed in each bedroom and lounge in the additional seating areas perfect for reading, watching television or just relaxing in your private space in-doors. All rooms are equipped with AC units, wall fans and have ample closet and storage areas.

The heart of the home is in the open floor plan living room, dining room and foyer areas - bright, spacious and inviting spaces for the entire family to meet and share quality time together.

For coffee lovers, enjoy your fresh poured-over Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee. Your well-appointed kitchen, which comes with the services of a full-time Chef, will allow you to participate in the preparation of a wide range of sumptuous Jamaican meals or enable you to relax on your vacation.

Our Signature Afternoon Tea Service is complimentary. Afternoon tea, and quite frankly, tea at any time, has always been a time to relax, come together and share conversations with family. Sample our delicious Jamaican cakes, pastries, and parfaits. There is also the chance to try some local ‘bush’ teas made with fresh local ingredients.

Your beach access at the Estate’s bamboo blu club is a short walk from the Villa. Go and enjoy the day at your semi-private white sand beach and bathe in the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea.

You will feel completely at home here and when you leave you will return to your itti Barry Villa, again and again.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
