Get out of the hot crowded city and spend some time in the great outdoors in cozy, friendly Mammoth Lakes. Gateway to Yosemite and the Sierra Mountains, Mammoth has so much to do in the summer: mountain biking, mountain climbing & hiking, golfing, climbing wall / zip line, cable car to the 11053 foot high summit, fishing, water sports, natural hot springs.

Great location near the informational Ranger Station near the first traffic light in town next to many restaurants & shops just off Main Street one block from free shuttles.

We are located one block away from the free Town Trolley, the Red Line Shuttle, and Yosemite/YARTS public bus stop. We are 2 1/2 blocks away from the CREST bus to Reno, Bishop, and Los Angeles.

Welcome to Krystal Villa East, our rustic mountain cabin with mountain views & many practical amenities to make it functional and fun. The complex has a jacuzzi, sauna, pool and bar-b-q on the deck.

The comfortable condo has a fireplace with wood, balcony & a fully stocked kitchen with all appliances and a dishwasher.

We are happy to announce we have new flooring on the entire lower level and a new 55” LG Smart TV in the living room to enhance the surround audio system. Also, you will get free WiFi/Cable TV in the unit and free parking in our lot throughout the duration of your stay.

There is a DVD/VHS/FM TV surround system in the living room, DVD/VHS/FM Radio TV in the master bedroom, TV in the loft, cable high-speed wired & wireless internet, landline phones and cable on all three TVs.

Unit is fully furnished and has 2 bathrooms, 1 master bedroom with PillowTop queen bed, a loft with bunk beds & a queen bed, and a pull-out couch in the living room.

ALL bookings made will receive at least 10 dining and exercise coupons to local merchants!

All rentals subject to departure cleaning fee, 13% town bed tax and 1% TBID tourism assessment tax.

Jacuzzi and Pool hours are 2pm - 10pm.

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am, but we can often accommodate different times if no other client is staying before or after your rental!

Although we love pets, new HOA rules prohibit pets for stays under 30 days and this is strictly enforced by our on-site manager.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Steven (the owner) a message.

If Steven (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
