COVID-19 PROTOCOLS: Our cleaning company is following all CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting our condo. Cleaners will always wear masks & gloves during the duration of the cleaning. Cleaners will first follow normal cleaning procedures. Once they finish, they will disinfect all surfaces and more frequently touched items such as light switches, door knobs, handrails, remotes, faucets, thermostats, etc. The laundry will be handled with disposable gloves and washed in the hottest water allowed to kill off the virus(if any). After the wash and dry cycle, linens will be placed in a brand new heavy duty trash bag. Clean gloves will also be used to fold up and bag laundry as an extra precautionary measure. They will be using a new cleaning product called Hillyard Lemon Disinfectant along with bleach.

Please note the jacuzzi is not available for use at this time due to the Governor's COVID-19 restrictions.

Our condo is an end unit townhome with outdoor entrance, surrounded by lots of open space so it is easy to social distance while enjoying the surroundings. The entrance is about 15 feet from neighbor's entrance. Lockbox with key so contactless checkin. Many of the summer activities in Mammoth are conducive to social distancing. For example, there are hiking trails in Mammoth where social distancing will be relatively easy; boating on the lakes; biking the many trails. Our condo has an office nook with a printer and secure wifi if you are working from home.

Come enjoy all that Mammoth has to offer in our nicely appointed, recently upgraded, 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bathroom townhouse in Snowcreek II. Our townhouse is a rare end, south-facing 3 floor unit with lots of windows so it's light and bright with stunning views of Mammoth Mountain and the Sherwins. We love to just sit on the balcony with our morning coffee and take it all in.

Our condo sleeps up to 10 people with queen beds in the master and guest bedrooms, a full and two twin beds in the loft . The living room has a new Crate & Barrel sectional sofa that is very comfortable. We also provide a fold out twin mattress suitable for slumber parties in the loft.

Our condo is perfect for families with everything you need to feel at home including a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, bbq on the balcony with 2 chairs and a table, wood burning fireplace, washer & dryer in the unit, wall mounted hairdryers, secure wifi and dsl modem, Flat Screen Smart TV with soundbar, Flat Screen TV in Master with Blueray, and TV''s in the guest bedroom and loft. Also, new doors and windows, and new blinds.

This condo is within the park-like setting of Snowcreek II just steps from the beautiful Snowcreek meadow, ponds and Mammoth Creek with its streams and fishing, and is also just steps from the spa and sauna. In summertime the grounds blossom with flowers and grass. We are located walking distance to Snowcreek golf course and the driving range as well as the Athletic Club. Snowcreek is perfect for taking long walks through the meadow and biking in the surrounding area, including the nearby trail through the forest and the trail to Mammoth Creek Community park. In winter, we are walking distance to the red line shuttle and there’s plenty of open space for kids to play in the snow while you sit and relax on the porch or balcony.

2 Parking spots per HOA rules and regulations. Max occupancy 8 people.

This condo is our second home. We will only rent to families that can respect the place as another person's home. No groups please. Also no smoking or pets for the consideration of other guests.

Please recognize two factors that may impact those with mobility issues; this is a three story unit with stairs.

This condo is perfectly located in the Mammoth area. It has views from every window, it is filled with light and super clean. Great summer or winter place for anyone seeking a rustic cabin feel.

How do damage deposits work?

If Nancy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
